Pancake Paradise was founded in July of 2025 by Alyssa Ann Thompson. At just 3 years old, Alyssa was always her mom's little shadow in the kitchen, with an ambition to learn how to bake. As she grew up, baking and breakfast were her two favorite foods to cook. Having 2 little girls of her own allowed her to pass on the family recipes and tradition of learning how to bake.

After years of dreaming, researching, and throwing around all kinds of crazy ideas, one dream finally became a reality. With hard work, endless motivation, and constant dedication, Pancake Paradise was born. The main goal of Pancake Paradise is to bring the best gourmet mobile mini pancake bar to any baby shower, wedding venue, birthday party, or any event in the Upstate!
